1. What this service is

RumpelGen is an independent, fan-made parody tool that turns uploaded photos into original cartoon caricatures inspired by the public-domain Brothers Grimm character Rumpelstiltskin. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Riff Raff, any record label, artist, sneaker brand, or movie studio. Song and meme titles are referenced nominatively only; no audio or lyrics are used.

2. Acceptable use

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to be meme-ified.
No harassment, impersonation, sexual, violent, hateful or misleading use.
Do not present generated images as real photographs of any person.
Automated scraping or reselling of the service is prohibited.

3. Free tier and purchases

Each device receives 3 free standard-quality memes with a watermark. The HD Pass ($2.90) unlocks 20 high-quality watermark-free generations; Unlimited ($4.90) grants 30 days of generations. Both are one-time payments processed by Stripe — there is no auto-renewal. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once generated, but if something broke on our side, write to support@rumpelgen.com and we will make it right.

4. Your content and ours

You keep rights to the photo you upload. You may use the memes you generate for personal, non-commercial fun. The RumpelGen imp character design, artwork pipeline and website are ours; do not resell the service’s output as a competing product.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. AI output can be silly, imperfect or occasionally weird — that is part of the charm. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
